One.]

"In text-based online environments and other role-playing games that emphasize role-play over acquiring levels or skills, a player can be described as a powergamer if he or she presumes or declares that his or her own action against another player character is successful without giving the other player character the freedom to act on his own prerogative. They may also be a player who tries to force others to participate in role-playing they don't want to engage in. For instance, a player who unilaterally describes his character as doing something with or to another character that would usually require the other to play along — such as having a fight or a sexual encounter — is considered to be powergaming.

In such games, in which a sense of community and rapport between players is seen as crucial and conducive to the game's overall well-being, powergaming is generally regarded as extremely offensive behavior if it is not stated in the rules as being a bannable offense, which it is in the majority of text-based role-playing games. It is often seen as synonymous with twinking or godmodding."

We Administrators will not tolerate Power-Gaming in any case. It is direspectful and can easily ruin the balance of a role play site. As stated above, controlling another's character is a more common form of Power-Gaming. Players should never state or determine the actions, thoughts, or emotions of another's character. Each character is the property of their owner, and should be treated as such. This includes N.P.C.'s created and controlled by the Administrators and Moderators. These characters are mainly used to set scenes and develop role plays and plots, and there is no reason for anyone other than their creators to control them. On a side note, however, players are allowed to create minor N.P.C's of their own in order to enhance a role play. Nevertheless, you must realize that N.P.C.'s created by non-Administrators and non-Moderators can be controlled by any and all other role players. Power-Gaming will be punished as we, the Administrators and Moderators, see fit.

Two.] In Character And Out Of Character.:

In character and out of character are entirely different, so please leave them to remain separate. Whilst a character may be a complete and utter bitch, their creator could be insanely sweet and kind. We ask you to leave your character's thoughts and emotions about any one something or someone strictly in character and to not confuse them with your out of character thoughts and emotions. Remember, the ideas, thoughts and actions posted in your role plays are directed towards your character, not you personally. Your character is just that, a fictional character, just as those found in any novel or movie. Their trials and tribulations, their joys and their sorrows are theirs alone, not yours out of character.

Three.] Mature Content.:

We'd like to keep this forum as PG-13 as possible, as it is a Forummotion rule. Cussing is allowed to an extent, but we'd not like to see a post that contains an obscene word every two words. For example...

You will be punished for posts such as that, above. Also, vulgar sexual content should be kept to private messages preferably, but a topic may be used if it has a sign to symbolize the mature content. [Such as "18+."] We do not need our forum littered with those sort of things, this isn't the place for it. And so, the allowance of it in topics will be taken away if used too often.

Finally, any overly-violent posts, for spars and murders and such, should be placed in spoiler's with the word, "Mature," above it, as shown above. This is to warn any players who are under the age of thirteen, or who simply do not want to see the content, of the mature content. Any and all posts that are rated above PG-13 by the Administrators and Moderators which does not contain a satisfactory warning to the content will be immediately deleted, and the writer of the post will be warned and possibly punished.

Four.] Characters.:

Whilst you may use the pictures of a character from a manga or anime, we do not allow the making of characters completely based off of a character from an anime or manga. We'd prefer you to be creative and make a character based from your own imagination, and not the imagination of someone else. You are not allowed to roleplay or post in "Out Of Character" until your Character Application has been accepted. This is to assure us that you are not here to simply linger in the "Out Of Character" sections, and are here to become at least semi-devoted. All role players are allowed a total of two characters. It is the role player's choice whether they would like to make two separate accounts, or whether they would like to leave the two characters on the same account. However, if you're making them on separate accounts, you must inform an Administrator. Do not bother the Administrators about accepting your Applications, nor about checking your techniques. We are only human, and we have a life outside of the site.

Five.] Homicide.:

Characters are going to be able to murder other characters, so watch out. Killing another's character can only be done by having a fair battle, unless the other is wanting their character murdered. Before you kill anyone, however, you must report to the Administrators, so we may access the battle's fairness. To contact an Administrator upon these circumstances, private message one--- and only one, we do not need pestering--- and title the private message, "Homicide."

Six.] Advertising.:

We understand that many roleplayer's have forums of their own, but because our site is not yet as popular as we'd enjoy, we will not allow any form of site advertising. It may be allowed in the future, but for now it will be punished.

Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ Chatbox. Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ

One.) No spamming. [If you are an excessive spammer, you will be kicked or banned from the chatbox. Yes, at times there is a need to spam, such as when the chatbox needs cleared and there is no Administrators or Moderators currently there, but there is no reason to do it constantly.]

Two.) No breaking the chatbox. [If you know what this is, don't do it... If you don't know what it is, then you don't need to know. ]

Three.) Be careful with the links you post. [Some of the players on here have problems with opening links in the chatbox, so please be careful.]

Four.) Be respectful to everyone; Administrators, Moderators, and regular players alike.
